What happens to my support ticket after submitting a request?

  1. The support ticket will be sent directly to the ticket queue of the Support Team.

  2. A Support Agent will take over your ticket, investigate your case and check the proof you provided.

  3. Result: a) If the information checks out – the reward will be added to your account. b) If there was a problem detected in the submitted proof – you will be notified.
